The settings on this screen affect what is displayed in the Accountants Sales Report, Accountants Purchases Report, Detailed VAT on Sales Report and Detailed VAT on Purchases Report.

Sales Report

You can specify items up to five nominal codes and sections to appear in the Accountants Sales Report. Any items under other nominal codes will appear in an 'Other' section. To specify a nominal code, click the button next to the field and select the code from the list.

Purchases Report

You can specify items up to seven nominal codes and sections to appear in the Accountants Purchases Reports. Any items under other nominal codes will appear in an 'Other' section. To specify a nominal code, click the button next to the field and select the code from the list.

VAT Analysis Report

In this section you can specify up to four VAT codes which will be used for VAT analysis in the Detailed VAT on Sales Report and the Detailed VAT on Purchases Report.
