Accounts Settings


This screen enables you set the following parameters:

Accounts settings

The settings in this section relate to the exporting of data to Sage. You can define:

Whether or not to permit posting to Sage at all.
If department numbers are to be shown on nominal.
The location of the Sage application folder.
Whether update accounts details can be sent to Sage.
The grouping of purchase detail lines when sending purchase invoices to Sage.

Reports/Statements

The following options can be selected:

Unpaid sales only for posted/archived sales invoices.
Unpaid purchases only for posted/archived purchases invoices.
Daybook report uses invoice posted date.
VAT report used invoice posted date.

Customer ref codes

In this section you can determine the format of automatically-generated customer reference codes.

Supplier ref codes

In this section you can determine the format of automatically-generated supplier reference codes.

VAT

This section comprises the following options:

Recalculate VAT when sales documents are saved. (VAT and rates will be recalculated at the current rate on any invoices which are created or updated.)
Show detailed statements menu options.

This option adds two extra reports to the Statements section of the Reports menu:

 Customers Statement of Account (Detailed)

 Suppliers Statement of Account (Detailed)
