Document Lists


This screen enables you to specify how the Jobsheet, Estimate and Invoice lists are ordered and to specify which additional columns are displayed.

Jobsheet/estimate/invoices list order

This setting determines the default ordering of jobsheets, estimates and invoices. Select one of the following options:

By document ID
By document date
By document creation date

If you select 'List in Ascending Order' then the list will be so ordered, otherwise it will be listed in descending order.

Additional details to show when on Documents List screen

The following columns can appear in the jobsheets, estimates and invoices list:

Customer reference code
Vehicle make
Vehicle model
Vehicle make and model (combined in one column)
Vehicle fleet number
Vehicle VIN
Mechanic assigned to job/invoice
