The Sales Document Finder is a utility which enables you to find quickly an estimate, jobsheet or sales invoice. You can search for purchase invoices by using the Purchase Document Finder.
You can search on one or more of the following attributes:
| • | Document number (e.g. invoice number) |
| • | Invoice details or part number (this will return any document which contains the search term so you can, for example, search for all invoices which include a certain part or part code.) |
You can search all documents or restrict your search to either estimates, jobsheets or invoices.
To search for a document, enter your search terms and click the Find button. Search results will be displayed at the bottom of the window in a table. Search results are colour-keyed according to type:
You can double-click on any of the documents in the Search Results table to open them.
