Invoice Section Headings/Menu Jobs |
This configuration screen enables you to define section headings and menu jobs for invoices. A menu job is pre-defined job which contains several elements, for example, labour and parts but which is a self-contained job and may be priced according to so-called 'menu pricing'.

Adding a new section heading or menu job
A section heading is simply a menu job which does not contain any parts or labour. To add a new section heading or menu job:
| 1. | Open GDS > Configuration Settings > Invoice Section Headings/Menu Jobs. |
| 2. | Click the New icon |
| 3. | Enter a Section Name, Default Nominal Code and Default VAT Code. |
| 4. | Add labour and parts lines in the relevant section as required. |
