Nominal Codes


This section is where you enter nominal codes for use in Workshop Manager.

Nominal Codes

Adding a new nominal code

To add a new nominal code:

1.Open GDS > Configuration Settings > Nominal Codes.
2.Click the Edit icon Edit24 in the toolbar.
3.Click in the blank line which appears and enter the nominal code and description and indicate whether it is a sales or purchase code.
4.Click the Save icon Save24 in the toolbar.

Amending a nominal code

To amend a nominal code:

1.Open GDS > Configuration Settings > Nominal Codes.
2.Click the Edit icon Edit24 in the toolbar.
3.Amend the nominal code as required.
4.Click the Save icon Save24 in the toolbar.

Deleting a nominal code

To delete a nominal code:

1.Open GDS > Configuration Settings > Nominal Codes.
2.Click the Edit icon Edit24 in the toolbar.
3.Highlight the line you want to delete and press Ctrl and Delete.
4.Click the Save Save24 icon in the toolbar.
