This screen enables you set the following parameters:

MOT/NCT setting

These options enable you to change 'MOT' throughout the system to 'NCT', for use in Ireland. You can also specify whether the MOT bookings icon is available in the toolbar.

The following options can be specified:

Backup settings

This setting allows you to enter a backup description when running a backup. This can be used to distinguish backups, for example, by appending the backup date to the file.

Bookings

Show mechanics' booking allocations on the Bookings screen.

Data grids

This setting enables you to specify whether or not to highlight full grid contents when navigating grids.

Word wrap

If this option is switched on then in sales documents, in the Description field only, you will be able to type in text and have the text word-wrap onto the next line, similar to a word processor.
