This screen enables you set the following parameters:

Postcode lookup

Selecting this option enables postcode lookups when entering new addresses.

Tech Times module

Record deletion

This section enables you to specify whether or not you can delete customer and supplier records. If you specify that deletion is permissible, you can further determine whether or not associated invoices are also deleted. This latter option is not recommended.

CAPITALS set automatically

This section enables you to specify whether certain parts of records are automatically converted to upper-case when entering:

You can also specify that Caps Lock is automatically activated when entering the invoice entry screen and when entering customer and supplier names.

If this is selected an invoice, once printed, cannot be edited further except by a user with Manager- or Administrator-level user rights.

Configure or update ICME and other external databases

This button opens a screen which enables the ICME repair times and postcode lookup facilities. You should normally have no need to open this screen and it contains no useful information or settings.
