Payment Types


When paying against an invoice you will give the payment a payment type. These types are set up here.

Payment Types

Adding a new payment type

To add a new payment type:

1.Open GDS > Configuration Settings > Payment Types.
2.Click the Edit icon Edit24 in the toolbar.
3.Click in the blank line which appears and enter the payment type.
4.Click the Save icon Save24 in the toolbar.

Amending a payment type

To amend a payment type:

1.        Open GDS > Configuration Settings > Payment Types.

2.        Click the Edit icon Edit24 in the toolbar.

3.        Amend the payment type as required.

4.        Click the Save icon Save24 in the toolbar.

Deleting a payment type

To delete a payment type:

1.        Open GDS > Configuration Settings > Payment Types.

2.        Click the Edit icon Edit24 in the toolbar.

3.        Highlight the line you want to delete and press Ctrl and Delete.

4.        Click the Save Save24 icon in the toolbar.
