This screen enables you set the following parameters:
Default print settings for invoices and estimates
The following options can be selected as the default print settings for invoices and estimates:
| • | Print section sub-totals below each section. |
| • | Print part numbers before the description. |
| • | Don't print labour quantities. |
| • | Don't print labour rates. |
| • | Show pro-forma option when printing invoices. |
| • | Shaded background on section headings. |
| • | Print vehicle details at the bottom of invoices. |
| • | Print payments on invoices. |
| • | Print phone number on invoices. |
| • | Print customers VAT number on invoices. |
| • | Print technician on invoices. |
| • | Display print options on print dialogue box. |
Invoice document header/footer
The following options and settings for invoice documents can be set here.
| • | Make room for a customer header. In the 'Header Height' field '15' equates roughly to an inch (2.54cm) on an A4 sheet. Adjust this to accommodate bespoke headed stationery. |
| • | Make room for a customer footer. In the 'Footer Height' field '15' equates roughly to an inch (2.54cm) on an A4 sheet. Adjust this to accommodate bespoke headed stationery. |
| • | Don't print company address on sales documents. |
| • | Don't print company details border and shadow box. |
| • | Print customer details in company address location (when company details are not printed.) |
| • | Print payment/credit terms on invoices. If this is selected then the Payment Choices field is greyed-out and cannot be amended. On documents, the text 'This cash invoice is due for payment' is printed. |
