Reminders

This screen enables you set the following parameters:

Custom reminders

In this section you can define titles for Reminders 3 to 6. The first two are set to 'Next Service Due' and 'MOT Expires' respectively.

Mail merge file

Here you can select an option which enables you to create a Mail Merge file from reminders and also define the location and filename of that file.

Reminder print header/footer

The following options and settings for reminder documents can be set here.

•	Make room for a custom header on the reminders. You can also set the height.

•	Make room for a custom footer on the reminders. You can also set the height.

•	Don't print company address on reminders.

•	Don't print company details border and shadow box.

•	Print customer details in company address location (when company details are not printed.)

•	No company name on reminders.

•	Reminders letter font; select the font from the drop-down list.

•	Letter font size; select the font size in points.
