VAT Codes and Rates


This section enables you to amend VAT codes and add new rates should the occasion arise. Note that you cannot delete lines from this table.

VAT Codes

Adding a new VAT code

To add a new code:

1.Open the 'VAT Code and Rates' list and click the Edit icon Edit24 in the toolbar.
2.A new line will be added to the bottom of the table. Enter the code and percentage rate.
3.Click the Save icon Save24 in the toolbar to save your changes or click Cancel to abandon the changes.

Amending a VAT code

To amend a code:

1.Open the 'VAT Code and Rates' list and click the Edit icon Edit24 in the toolbar.
2.Click in the line you want to change and enter your changes.
3.Click the Save icon Save24 in the toolbar to save your changes or click Cancel to abandon the changes.
